No Height Limitation

Picking at Any Height

A major downside of many autonomous picking robots on the market is the height limitation.

Why invest in a solution that can only pick boxes within 8-12 feet of the ground when the average warehouse has 30+ foot ceilings? That leaves 75% of the inventory inaccessible to the robots!
One of BionicHIVE’s primary goals when designing the SqUID was to allow the robot to go anywhere, floor-to-ceiling.
Since the rails are installed on existing racks, they (and the robots) can go as high as the rack itself.
No height limitation means that the SqUID can go anywhere in the face of the rack to pick and retrieve boxes.
Neat, isn’t it?
